Based in Surabaya, you will work closely with Private Advertiser to drive innovation and efficiency in our HR operations.

As an HRIS Lead, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our HRIS system, which includes Oracle PeopleSoft, SAP SuccessFactors, and other HR technology tools. You will work with the HR team to ensure that our HR processes are optimized, and that our employees have access to the tools and resources they need to thrive. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the development and implementation of HR technology solutions to support Private Advertiser's strategic objectives.
• Manage and maintain our HRIS system, including Oracle PeopleSoft and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with HR regulations and best practices.
• Provide training and support to HR team members on the use of HR technology tools.
• Monitor and analyze HR data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging HR technology trends and best practices.
• Work closely with the HR Director to ensure that our HR technology ecosystem is aligned with our company's strategic goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in HR technology, with a focus on HRIS systems.
• Certifications in HRIS systems, such as Oracle PeopleSoft or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
