📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Monitor and control the company's Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure timely payments and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Track invoices, follow up on overdue payments, and resolve discrepancies using SAP and QuickBooks.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements.
- Provide financial support to other departments as needed.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in financial management.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance financial skills and knowledge.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar financial role.
- Proficiency in SAP and QuickBooks.
