📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
• Conduct inspections and assessments to identify and address maintenance issues.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs and replacements.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role.
• Certification in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing systems is a plus.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, and other building management software.
