📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide specialized nursing care to patients, including but not limited to, wound care, IV therapy, and medication administration.
• Coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and treatment plans.
• Assess patient conditions and develop care plans in collaboration with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on their health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care strategies.
• Participate in clinical research and continuous professional development activities.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Clinical Nurse Specialist or similar role in a healthcare facility.
• Certification as a Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) or equivalent from a recognized board.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience working in a multicultural and international healthcare environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner.
