📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Operate and maintain HDPE blow molding machines to produce high-quality plastic bottles and containers.
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve production targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an HDPE Blow Molding Machine Operator or similar role in plastic manufacturing.
- Familiarity with HDPE blow molding processes and machinery.
- Knowledge of quality control and process improvement techniques.
- Ability to work in a team and follow safety protocols.
- Basic understanding of maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
- Experience with machinery brands like Krones or Amcor Flexibles is a plus.
