As an HR Compliance & Employee Relations Officer, you'll be at the heart of our operations in Bali, working closely with our international team to maintain a positive and productive workplace. You'll handle everything from employee relations to compliance with local labor laws and international regulations, ensuring that our team thrives in a legally sound and culturally rich environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
- Conduct regular audits of HR policies and procedures to ensure adherence to legal requirements
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies to support business goals
- Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related issues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation
- Coordinate with legal and other departments to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture that values diversity and inclusion
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR compliance and employee relations
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Experience working in an international environment is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or similar tools
