📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage the die casting production process, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to industry standards.
• Optimize die casting operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of die casting machinery to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
• Develop and implement quality control measures to maintain product consistency and meet customer specifications.
• Train and mentor junior engineers and operators to ensure a skilled workforce.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation in the die casting process.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in the die casting department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in die casting engineering, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Proven experience in managing and optimizing die casting operations.
• Familiarity with die casting machines and equipment, including but not limited to, HPDC, LPDC, and VDC machines.
• Strong knowledge of quality control principles and techniques.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in using CAD/CAM software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
