📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain detailed construction plans and schedules for high-impact infrastructure projects.,Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project execution.,Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and project specifications.,Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.,Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic initiatives for project improvement.,Conduct site inspections and provide guidance to construction teams.,Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective project delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction planning and project management.,Proven track record of successfully managing high-impact infrastructure projects.,Strong knowledge of construction planning software and tools.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Professional certification in Construction Management or a related field is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian construction industry regulations and standards.
