📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate with sales teams to ensure smooth and efficient order processing.,Assist in managing the shipping and logistics of products.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to sales and shipping.,Maintain accurate records of sales and shipping transactions.,Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.,Assist in preparing and sending out shipping documents and notifications.,Monitor inventory levels and coordinate reordering as needed.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales and shipping.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and shipping coordination.,Strong knowledge of sales and shipping processes and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and shipping software is a plus.,Indonesian language proficiency is a plus.
