As a Project Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our projects by creating and maintaining project schedules, monitoring progress, and coordinating with project teams.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and maintain project schedules using project management software.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or issues.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Manage project documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the preparation of project budgets and forecasts.
  • Provide support to the project manager in the planning and execution of projects.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide input on project planning and scheduling.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project scheduling and project management.
  • Strong knowledge of project management software, such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with construction and infrastructure projects is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required.
