📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the company’s vision and goals.
• Create and manage social media platforms, including content creation and engagement.
• Execute marketing campaigns, including promotions, events, and advertising.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, influencers, and media partners.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance and support.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and F&B.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with company policies and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on the F&B industry.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Hootsuite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
