Silver Village Sejahtera is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Baturaja. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and efficiently utilized. This is an urgent position, and we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition and regularly serviced.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to schedule vehicle usage and ensure timely pick-ups and deliveries.,Monitor fuel consumption and maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies regarding vehicle usage.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections and report any issues to the appropriate personnel.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide support to the operations team as needed, including assisting with logistics and transportation planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
