📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily e-commerce operations, including inventory management and order processing.
- Monitor sales performance on major marketplaces like Tokopedia, Shopee, and Lazada.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage and mentor the e-commerce team, providing guidance and support.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to enhance the overall shopping experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce, with a focus on marketplace sales.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and sales strategies.
- Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and tools like Shopify, Magento, or similar.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
