You will work with a variety of tools and software, including SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, and industry-specific software. Your daily tasks will include conducting site visits, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that meet our clients' requirements.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to clients to ensure optimal performance of our solutions.
• Conduct site visits and on-site inspections to assess client needs and implement solutions.
• Analyze data and provide insights to help clients improve their operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our services.
• Train and mentor junior staff to build a skilled and knowledgeable team.
• Participate in project management activities to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Industrial Engineering or a similar role.
• Proven experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools.
• Certification in project management or a related field is a plus.
