ORBIT Cemerlang is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Distribution Officer to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the distribution process to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.,Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth logistics operations.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management.,Prepare and maintain distribution reports and documentation.,Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies that arise during the distribution process.,Support the distribution manager in planning and implementing distribution strategies.,Conduct regular checks on delivery vehicles and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.,Assist in organizing and managing the distribution team to ensure efficient operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a logistics or distribution role.,Strong knowledge of distribution processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
