📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.

Source and screen candidates for various roles within the organization.

Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.

Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market.

Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.

Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and progress.

Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and recruitment agencies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.

Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.

Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.

Ability to travel as required.
