Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee the daily operations of the Security Operations Center (SOC), including monitoring, detection, and response to security incidents.Lead a team of SOC analysts and ensure they are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively.Develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect the organization's assets and data.Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies.Collaborate with other departments, such as IT and Legal, to ensure a comprehensive approach to cybersecurity.Provide regular reports to senior management on the SOC's performance and any security incidents that have occurred.Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends and best practices, and ensure that the SOC team is trained and certified in the necessary skills.Work closely with clients to understand their security requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a SOC environment, with a proven track record of success.Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, or CEH are a plus.Strong knowledge of cybersecurity tools and technologies, such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and EDR.Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a team of SOC analysts.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and demands.Fluency in English, both written and spoken.🛠️ Keahlian
