This role is crucial in supporting our sales team and facilitating communication between our clients and partners in Mandarin. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide support to the sales team by assisting with client communications in Mandarin.,Translate documents and emails between English and Mandarin to ensure clear communication.,Assist in organizing and managing sales-related documents and records.,Conduct market research and provide insights to support sales strategies.,Coordinate with partners and clients to ensure smooth business operations.,Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all communications.,Participate in sales meetings and provide translation support as needed.,Assist in training new sales staff on communication and cultural nuances.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Fluent in both English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.,Proven experience in sales support or translation roles.,Strong understanding of sales processes and customer service principles.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,High level of confidentiality and professionalism.,Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably in Business, Translation, or a related field.,Experience in international business or working with international clients is a plus.
