📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Proficient in using retail management software and data analysis tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
