📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the distribution team to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products.,Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.,Monitor and analyze distribution performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement strategies to improve distribution efficiency and reduce costs.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to distribution.,Provide leadership and support to the distribution team to achieve departmental goals.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of distribution activities.,Participate in regular team meetings and provide updates on distribution performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the distribution or logistics industry.,Strong knowledge of distribution management principles and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP or distribution management software is a plus.,Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
