Spot Hub Corporindo is looking for a talented and passionate Learning Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. You will work closely with department heads and managers to identify training needs and develop effective learning solutions. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.,Identify training needs and develop effective learning solutions in collaboration with department heads and managers.,Design and facilitate workshops, seminars, and other training activities to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online courses.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth and development.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure that training programs are integrated into the overall HR strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using training software and tools, such as Learning Management Systems (LMS).,Experience in developing and delivering training programs in a hybrid environment.
