📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment and selection processes.,Administer employee benefits and compensation.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Facilitate training and development programs.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.,Assist in workforce planning and budgeting.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure HR policies are implemented.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
