🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in telecommunications, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing telecom projects and teams.
• Certification in telecom technologies such as 5G, fiber optics, or IoT is a plus.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using telecom management software such as Huawei, Nokia, or Ericsson.
