📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records using SAP and QuickBooks.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations, and prepare and file tax returns using Taxcom and Pajak Online.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing financial insights to support business decisions.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data is integrated across all business units.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of financial information and adhere to data protection policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or tax, with a focus on financial reporting and analysis.
• Proficiency in SAP and QuickBooks.
• Certification in tax preparation (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or equivalent).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
