📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and coaching programs.,Assist in the creation and maintenance of learning materials and resources.,Conduct needs assessments and analyze learning outcomes to ensure program effectiveness.,Collaborate with managers and employees to identify training and development opportunities.,Monitor and evaluate the progress of learning and development initiatives.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Strong understanding of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
