Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards.,Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the department's growth and success.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our operations align with the company's overall goals and objectives.,Monitor and analyze department performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to address any issues.,Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction, ensuring that our services meet or exceed customer expectations.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, incorporating new knowledge and skills into the department's operations.,Represent the department and the company at internal and external events and meetings, as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, management, or a similar discipline.,A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees, customers, and other stakeholders.,Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.,A valid driver's license and the ability to travel, as needed.,Fluency in both written and spoken English is a plus.,Experience in a similar role within the insurance or financial services industry is a plus.
