📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to customers and resolve hardware and software issues.,Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.,Troubleshoot and repair technical problems.,Assist in the maintenance and repair of office equipment.,Monitor and maintain the performance of computer systems and networks.,Provide training and support to end-users.,Document technical procedures and maintain technical records.,Work with the IT team to implement new technologies and systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.,Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.,Experience with network protocols and security.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
